WHO ARE WE?
Partners for Results (P4R) is an International small business with local registration in South Africa and in the State of Virginia, officially launched in November 2020.
We are a social enterprise, whose vision and shared values are to address local challenges for better lives, through elevating local leadership, fostering creativity and innovation. We seek to promote local leadership to address community identified challenges via innovation and skills development through expert consultants and researchers.
The P4R footprint is expanding with current representation in the following countries:
South Africa, Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Mali, Senegal, and Ethiopia.

We bridge the gaps through donors or funding agencies, particularly USG agencies and local organizations. We reinforce their position of leadership and expertise, making them credible, successful, and independent developments partners.
In line with USAID, New Partnerships Initiative (NPI) and the Journey to Self-Reliance(J2SR), P4R fosters forward thinking solutions that allows organizations to become increasingly competitive and achieve sustainable outcomes. P4R assists with developing high performing teams and strengthening local organizations in areas such as Business and Organizational Development, Project and Knowledge Management and Technical Assistance in key thematic areas.
We adopt a collaborative, coaching and mentorship approach to development with local actors, to lead identification of issues, design, and implementation of interventions with facilitation support for P4R, in doing so, we focus on knowledge, skills and processes needed to adequately deliver quality services.
